Drip Stand

A typical drip stand consists of a tall adjustable metal pole mounted on a stable base with multiple legs (usually four or five) fitted with castor wheels for mobility. The upper part of the pole has hooks (commonly two to four) where IV fluid bottles or bags are hung. The height of the pole can be adjusted to suit the patient’s bed or sitting position.
