Principle of the Test

The ichroma Anti-CCP assay is based on fluorescence immunoassay technology:

1. The patient sample is added to the test cartridge.

2. Anti-CCP antibodies (if present) bind to CCP antigens coated with fluorescent markers.

3. The ichroma analyzer measures fluorescence intensity, which is proportional to Anti-CCP concentration.
