Spreaders No. 15–40 (Endodontic Spreaders)

Spreaders are endodontic hand instruments used during root canal therapy to laterally condense gutta-percha or other root filling materials inside the prepared canal. The numbering (15–40) indicates their ISO sizes, corresponding to the diameter of the instrument tip in hundredths of a millimeter.
